Pagefield – award-winning corporate communications consultancy – is looking for an outstanding Executive to join its talented team. The role will support our expanding portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial services, transport, FMCG, property and infrastructure.
As an Executive you will support our work both for clients and for new business opportunities across a range of industries. - To deliver and uphold the highest standards of client service, strategic counsel and account administration to Pagefield clients at all times;

- To communicate effectively with every level of client and external contact, from CEOs to junior executives
- Pro-actively look for, develop and convert opportunities to build out client accounts to deliver new offers, services and projects as appropriate to the client;

Client Management
The Executive will:
- Be responsible for delivering work to consultants and partners to a consistently high standard, including strong first versions of press releases, statements and other copy
- Be involved in an expanded network of client accounts
- Proficient at monitoring relevant activity to the client and proactive in flagging up stories to them and to the rest of the team as appropriate
- Deepen the quality of their relationship with each client, anticipate next step for client work and provide a greater level of insight and analysis
- Begin to undertake direct engagement with the media and other stakeholders
- Be prepared to take on more basic/admin tasks, as required by client teams
New Business
The Executive will:
- Take an active role in identifying and generating new business opportunities including through the media review and through pro-active networking and event attendance;
- Take an active role in converting leads including undertaking research; providing first drafts of content for proposals or tenders; and participating in pitch teams.
In addition, the Executive is expected to:
- Deputise for Senior Executives and Consultants where required;
- Encourage and (where requested) mentor Interns/Researchers, to support their development and delivery against objectives, and to set a suitable example;
- Contribute creative ideas to new business or client campaigns during brainstorms;
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office – including assisting admin, reception and events team – and to the marketing of the agency via social media;
- Take active steps to develop their own industry, political & media knowledge and instincts;
- Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to turn work around quickly;
- Work additional hours when necessary.
