James is an independent external advisor to Pagefield’s Board of Directors, acting as our Company Secretary. Given his wealth of experience advising companies on their financial affairs, James is also available to advise any of Pagefield’s clients on matters relating particularly to financial regulation, transactions and company ownership structures. James is an accomplished entrepreneurial accountant who sold his professional services business to Capita plc (FTSE100) in 2012. He has listed and private company executive – and non-exec – experience, including international transactions. His sector specialisms are technology, natural resources and professional practices. James recently acted as strategic advisor to founders on their exits to Private Equity of two technology businesses.
