We’re looking for an outstanding Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role will support our expanding portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial services, transport, FMCG, property, infrastructure and not-for-profit.

 

The role

This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) – ideal for someone looking for consistent creative work with flexibility.

You will support our work for both clients and new business opportunities across a range of industries.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Support the design and delivery of creative work across digital, print and branding projects, from concept through to final artwork
  • Work closely with the Design & Brand Director, internal teams and occasionally clients to understand briefs and deliver effective design solutions
  • Produce high-quality creative assets including reports, infographics, illustrations, web pages, presentations, event materials and social media assets
  • Champion brand consistency across all applications, including new business materials, client work and internal collateral
  • Develop visual concepts and solve communication challenges through innovative, engaging design
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and idea generation
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

 

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a design or branding agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, brand application and execution across multiple formats
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva, with a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience producing digital and print assets including social content, brochures/reports, presentations, infographics and campaign materials
  • Strong eye for detail across typography, layout and visual consistency
  • Confident collaborating with non-designers and presenting creative ideas
  • A hands-on attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing agency
  • Knowledge of After Effects is a plus but not essential
  • Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress and HubSpot is a bonus
  • An organised approach to workload and the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Must provide examples of design work
