Pagefield, which represents clients including Airbnb, Kellogg’s, Camelot, Sime Darby and EDF Energy, becomes ECCO’s only UK representative.

Pagefield founder Mark Gallagher said: “Joining the ECCO network as its sole UK representative is a good way for Pagefield to start its fifth year of business. We now have access to more than 40 markets worldwide and a large portfolio of multinational clients.

“From day one, Pagefield has worked with international clients including businesses and governments, but the on-the-ground presence ECCO gives us will significantly strengthen our international credentials.”

Christian Kollmann, chairman of ECCO, said: “All our members are independent owner-managed businesses with a strong track record of good client retention and excellent work. Pagefield meets the criteria as well as, importantly, having principals with an international mindset so we are delighted to welcome it to the network.”

At the end of last year, Pagefield announced that former Olympic silver medallist and entrepreneur Alan Pascoe had joined its advisory board.

The pr agency employs more than 30 full-time staff and is chaired by Sir Christopher Meyer, former British ambassador to the United States and Germany and ex-chairman of the Press Complaints Commission.
