A qualified teacher and experienced leader, Bryce has managed all areas of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development. With extensive experience of coaching managers to get the best out of their teams, Bryce is passionate about creating positive, engaging workplaces where people feel supported to develop, collaborate, and take on new challenges.
In the day-to-day, Bryce oversees HR operations across the business, supporting managers with people-related matters and driving key initiatives around learning and development, engagement, and performance. Working closely with Oli, Bryce ensures that our people strategies align with wider business goals and that our teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
