Farnaz is a HR Consultant and Director of Friday HR, a HR Consultancy advising businesses and leaders on all aspects of people management and HR strategy. She brings 15 years experience as a HR practitioner with expertise in building company culture, learning and development, employee relations, talent management, organisational design and change programmes. Farnaz has a MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, an accredited Leadership Coach, and trained Mediator.
In addition to leading on Pagefield’s day-to-day HR programme, and overseeing the team’s learning and development needs, Farnaz brings her skills and experience to assist with some of Pagefield’s clients, particularly in relation to internal communications during company reorganisations and / or change of management and ownership.
