Natasha is a CIPD-qualified HR Manager who has been in the People profession for 7 years. She started her HR journey in an administration-focussed role, before moving into more Generalist and Advisory positions. Natasha has worked for a variety of companies, including start-ups and two other PR agencies, acting as a standalone HR representative in the majority of these roles. She has experience in creating and delivering management training sessions, leading on all areas of Employee Lifecycle, managing Employee Relations and policy creation. She is passionate about inclusivity and flexibility in the workplace and believes that strong in-house training programmes are crucial to any company’s success.
Natasha is the first point of contact for any People queries at Pagefield. She works collaboratively with the team on talent management and planning, focussing on personal development and retention. Natasha leads on Pagefield’s recruitment and manages all stages of the Employee Lifecycle, as well as working closely with CEO Oli on everything from culture to compliance.
