You will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional digital communications and marketing strategies, and driving successful campaigns. Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Understand clients’ business goals, challenges and objectives to develop tailored digital strategies
- Proactively provide clients with strategic advice, insights and recommendations to optimise their digital presence
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress and results.
Digital Strategy:
- Conduct thorough research on clients’ target audiences, competitors, and industry landscape to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies to help achieve business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools and platforms to provide innovative solutions for clients.
Campaign Execution and Optimisation:
- Oversee end to end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and timely implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns across various digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing and digital advertising
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and desired outcomes
- Regularly report on campaign performance and results to clients, highlighting key metrics trends and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader communications and public affairs strategies
- Provide guidance and support on digital marketing tools and techniques to other team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Support Pagefield Marketing team to leverage owned social media channels for new business generation and talent acquisition
- Assist with pitches and proposals to help win new digital business
You’ll need:
- Proven experience (+5 years) in a specialist digital role, either in agency or in-house
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital communications and marketing campaigns
- Experience in content creation and social media management with a solid underpinning of SEO and SEM
- Paid social media and digital advertising experience, including the ability to set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across a range of platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with tools including social listening platforms such as Meltwater, content creation tools such as Canva, Headliner, CapCut, Premiere Pro, analytics tools such as GA4, plus Google Keyword Planner, MailChimp, and HubSpot
- Experience using CMS such as WordPress, WebFlow, Umbraco etc.
- Self-motivated and detail orientated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated to learn and comfortable with identifying and executing on new areas of opportunity
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate digital techniques to non-digital audiences
- A keen eye for all things design and branding
- Strong copywriting skills
