Albanwise Wallace Estates

Challenge

In the course of our existing relationship with Albanwise Wallace Estates – as its corporate communications advisor – the team approached us with a multi-faceted creative brief which included branding, messaging, advertising and website design. The challenge was to establish a clear brand hierarchy with bespoke creative content at each level.

 

Approach

Pagefield facilitated a workshop to determine the target audience, analyse the competitor landscape, and establish the strategic positioning of the brands in their respective marketplaces.

The results from the workshop allowed the Pagefield in-house creative team to design a logo, colour palette, and a general look and feel for each of the brands. We produced brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of fonts, colours and imagery.

We then commissioned and art-directed a library of original photography. Alongside this, we used our messaging expertise, which we had developed through our pre-existing relationship with Albanwise, to develop all the necessary copy that would be used across the various channels. With these assets to hand, we worked closely with our web development partner to map the user journey and implement the final aesthetic over two websites. As part of this project, Pagefield also developed an advertising campaign for Albanwise Synergy to highlight the benefits to landowners of selling their energy projects.

Results

Our brand development programme delivered the desired result of differentiating Albanwise from competitors, appealing to the target audience and achieving the online presence needed to help grow the business.
