As we enter 2022, with exciting, challenging briefs and a growing list of clients and opportunities, Pagefield is looking to expand our team by recruiting for several new roles across the business.

We are looking for individuals from Senior Executive to Associate Partner level to join our diverse and dynamic team, helping support our expanding portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors including defence, financial services, energy, FMCG, healthcare, infrastructure, property, technology and transport.

We are looking for candidates with first-rate experience of delivering the highest quality client work within an agency environment, with a growing network of contacts in the media, politics and business, as well as creative flair and a passion for campaigning. The ability to think freely, critically and challenge perceived wisdom – on your feet and in writing – is essential.

Our ideal Senior Executive

You’ll have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in corporate PR and/or public affairs, partly – if not wholly – spent working in an agency. Additional experience in journalism (print and digital) or politics (e.g. working for a politician, political party or on a political campaign) is very welcome
  • A strong and consistent track record of delivering work to the highest standard, both internally and directly to clients (or equivalent stakeholders)
  • The ability to understand complicated issues quickly and summarise technical detail concisely
  • A comprehensive understanding of the media and political landscape and a real-time awareness of developments affecting clients and prospective clients
  • A passion for either the media or politics, with a growing network of journalists, or politicians, civil servants and advisers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – including the ability and confidence to stand up for your beliefs, stack up your arguments, and coherently defend your position whatever your stance or political persuasion
  • A passion for networking and growing relationships

 

Our ideal Senior Consultant

You’ll have:

  • At least 5/6 years’ experience in corporate PR – partly, if not wholly – spent working in an agency. Additional experience in journalism (print and digital) or politics and public affairs is very welcome
  • Strong account management and client relationships skills, acting as the day to day to lead on client teams
  • A solid network of influential stakeholders (media and/or political) that can be used to support client programmes and new business efforts
  • A passion for creative campaigns and results-driven programmes
  • Confidence generating and delivering campaigns across multiple channels and audiences
  • The ability to seek out and drive new business initiatives, developing and following up on leads and supporting the conversion of opportunities

 

Our ideal Associate Partner

You’ll have:

  • At least 7/8 years’ experience in corporate PR – partly, if not wholly – spent working in an agency. Additional experience in journalism (print and digital) or politics and public affairs is very welcome
  • A consistent track record of delivering and overseeing client programmes to a standard that exceeds client expectations
  • Strong people management and client relationships skills, acting as the strategic lead on client teams
  • A large network of influential stakeholders (media and/or political) that can be used to support client programmes and new business efforts
  • A passion for creative campaigns and results-driven programmes
  • Confidence managing and delivering campaigns across multiple channels and audiences
  • The ability to seek out and drive new business initiatives, developing and following up on leads and supporting the conversion of opportunities
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering through others
  • A track record of successfully managing financial elements of client accounts, including managing servicing and profitability as well as growing client accounts
