Pagefield was hired by Grow Group, the UK’s leading cannabis medicine firm, to run a fully integrated Seedrs crowdfund campaign. With a programme spanning PR, social, design and marketing, our challenge was to help them develop investor engagement and create a buzz before and during the crowdfund to help the company maximise incoming funds.
Approach
Pagefield developed a compelling narrative that underpinned the whole campaign – centred on Grow providing better access to cannabis medicines to improve patients’ lives. Each building block – whether it was the social calendar, newsletters, the crowdfund visuals or the big ‘PR moments’ – were meticulously planned and sequenced to ensure we generated interest at the right times and aligned with the Seedrs timeline.
Results
We created brilliant visuals and video content to launch the crowdfund and significantly boosted the company’s social media following during the campaign. We also landed valuable media coverage in national titles including The Telegraph, The i, and The Express for both the company and their founder – as well as wider corporate announcements on the development of their business. The coverage helped boost the profile of the company at a crucial time of fund raising.
