Owen’s clients at Pagefield include London City Airport, Pennon Group, Code First Girls, Leidos, Clerkenwell Health and Long Harbour. Specialising in developing and implementing communications strategies, Owen has advised start-ups, scale-ups and FTSE players on media and reputational matters, including support on fundraising announcements and acquisitions.
Owen also advises clients on various high-profile and sensitive issues that have attracted national political attention, helping to develop comprehensive public and regulatory affairs engagement programmes.
Since joining Pagefield, Owen launched Pagefield’s ‘Case for Campaigning’ report, which celebrated the best campaigns of the past decade and demonstrated that when done well, campaigning ultimately leads to better laws which are reflective of wider public and stakeholder opinion and expertise.
Owen writes comment pieces on the UK property sector, infrastructure, and the Government’s broader levelling up policy.
Prior to Pagefield, Owen worked for a global communications agency, providing strategic communications and corporate reputation advice for several clients across Europe and the Middle East.
