Tom is a Consultant and supports clients with public affairs, corporate communications and litigation communications across a range of sectors. His client list includes the Road Haulage Association, the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and the Fundraising Regulator. He also leads the secretariat function for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Freight and Logistics.
Tom provides reactive press office support, along with leading proactive media and political campaign activity. He works across sensitive reputational issues for several clients, navigating challenges including legal proceedings, legislative threats and hostile campaigns. Tom also regularly works in collaboration with clients’ policy teams to coordinate political campaigns. This has included drafting large-scale research papers and leading engagement with sector stakeholders to widen support for campaigns.
Before his time at Pagefield, Tom worked at a Westminster think tank, helping to organise public forum events and researching and writing resources for educational initiatives.
